Catalan football giants Barcelona have confirmed that midfielder Sergi Roberto will be sidelined for seven to 10 days after suffering a groin strain in his left leg.
Roberto was injured after 18 minutes in the European Champions League away tie against Belarusian outfit BATE Borisov on Tuesday, Efe reported.
"Tests on Wednesday morning reveal that first team player Sergi Roberto has pulled an adductor tendon in his left groin," the club said on its official website.
Roberto will miss La Liga ties against Eibar and Getafe and Copa del Rey match against Villanovense.
