Pop star Justin Bieber has called his former girlfriend Selena Gomez "most elegant princess in the world".

The 20-year-old posted a photograph on Instagram recently of Gomez at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party and captioned it as "most elegant princess in the world", reports nydailynews.com.

The 21-year-old brunette stunned at party in a gold-beaded Emilio Pucci gown.

Bieber and Gomez, who are known for their on-and-off relationship, were last spotted hanging out in early January ahead of Gomez's secret stint in rehab.
