Popular Bollywood actresses like Neha Dhupia, Yami Gautam, Surveen Chawla and Dia Mirza have given a thumbs up to megastar Amitabh Bachchan-starrer "Pink" by calling it "socially relevant" and "a must watch".
A special screening of "Pink", which puts the spotlight on crime against women in urban cities, was organised here on Sunday for Bollywood actresses.
The actresses who watched the film, later took to Twitter to share their views on it.
Here's what they have tweeted:
Neha Dhupia: Very rarely do you come across a film that touches every nerve, hurts your gut and leaves you speechless. "Pink" you are magical. Congrats Shoojit Sircar.
Sonal Chauhan: Just watched "Pink". Amitabh Bachchan at a loss of words. Every time you came on screen, I got goosebumps. You truly are a legend. The recital in the end made me cry. I'm truly thankful for every bit that you've given into this film.
Gauahar Khan: Amitabh Bachchan sir, I'm honoured to have witnessed your magic in "Pink". And blessed to be a part of an industry where you rule. Thank you.
Dia Mirza: Celebrating the fantastic team of "Pink"! A socially relevant, entertaining and necessary film of our time. Must watch.
Surveen Chawla: Very rarely does a film leave you numb and cold, pained in angst that feels so personal. That is "Pink" for you. Thank you Shoojit Sircar and team. Thank you for saying what many hearts have been wanting to for the longest time... Brave and so relevant!
Yami Gautam: A must watch. "Pink". Thank you Shoojit Sircar Amitabh Bachchan. Speechless.

Tejaswini Kolhapure: A story that needed to be told, a film that needs to be seen by every woman, girl, especially men who don't know the meaning of "no". "Pink".
Directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhary, the thriller is set in Delhi. Co-produced by Shoojit Sircar, "Pink" will release on September 16.
