Botswana's national football team, the Zebras, are scheduled to play 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) runners-up Burkina Faso as part of the former's Independence Day celebrations Sep 30.
The Botswana Football Association (BFA) confirmed this Friday.
Botswana will be celebrating 47 years of independence and a number of entertainment activities have been lined up to mark the celebrations with the football match being the ultimate event, reports Xinhua.
Zebras' coach Stanley has already called a 22-man squad that is expected to report to camp Sunday to prepare for the match.
Burkina Faso is expected to bring a full strength squad to the game as they have an important game to play against Algeria in the third and final round of the World Cup qualifiers.
