Brazil's Corinthians are reportedly poised to sell forward Romarinho to Ukranian club Shakhtar Donetsk for seven million euros.
Negotiations are at an advanced stage as the Ukrainian club aims to secure the 23-year-old before the close of the summer transfer window Monday, according to Brazilian news portal Lancenet, reports Xinhua.
Romarinho has made 85 appearances for Corinthians and scored nine goals since his first-team debut in 2012.
He shot to stardom in Brazil after scoring a crucial equaliser for Corinthians against Boca Juniors in the first leg of the 2012 Copa Libertadores final.
Capable of playing as a striker, winger or attacking midfielder, Romarinho has also been linked to Juventus and Bayer Leverkusen.
