Cameroon tied with Sierra Leone 0-0 in a 2015 Africa Cup qualifier in Yaounde city.
Sierra Leone hosted the game in Cameroon due to Ebola broke out in the country, Xinhua reported Sunday.
In order to prevent Ebola spread to Cameroon, the fans from Sierra Leone were not allowed to come to the country to support their team.
Cameroon now still tops on the Group D standings with seven points, followed by Cote d'Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Sierra Leone. Cameroon will face Sierra Leone next Wednesday in Yaounde as host.
