Actress Charlize Theron underwent a surgery to correct an injury she suffered while shooting for a movie many years ago. She is fine now.
Theron was spotted wearing a bandage on her neck at an event in Beverly Hills Oct 4, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Charlize got injured on a set and broke a vertebrae years ago. It's been bothering her a lot lately so she had surgery to correct it and they had to go through her neck," a source told UsMagazine.
The 38-year-old actress, who has a 17-month-old son Jackson, is "feeling good post-surgery".
"She will be totally fine. She plans just to hang out and rest all weekend and recuperate," the source added.
