Chinese and Australian men's teams will play a four-match Sino-Australia Challenge basketball series in June as part of a cooperation deal for the next four years.

According to the deal, the men's and women's teams of the two countries will play a total of 24 matches. The agreement will also see games involving the countries' youth teams, split between venues in China and Perth in Western Australia, reports Xinhua.

The first game of the Sino-Australia Challenge will be played June 7 at Perth, marking the debut of new Australia coach Andrej Lemanis.
