A personal trainer named Tracy Sutton is suing "NCIS: Los Angeles" star Chris O'Donnell for a car accident his daughter caused.

Lily Anne O'Donnell, 19, was driving when she reportedly rear-ended another motorist who slammed into Tracy Sutton's car in 2016, reports aceshowbiz.com.

Her father is being sued by Sutton, who claims she suffered serious neck and back injuries that affected her ability to work, because he is the registered owner of the vehicle.

Lily is also named as a defendant, according to tmz.com.
