Taking a teenagers typical emotions as theme, author Manvi Handa made a debut in the literary world with her book "Let Me Be Your Side", which was released here on Thursday.
A Class IX student in Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok, Handa's 158-page book takes readers to the roller-coaster ride of Samaira, the protagonist, in an engrossing journey involving friendship, infatuation, jealousy and love with an unexpected twist.
"The novel is a labour of love and was two years in the making. It explores the feelings of love, infatuation and jealously - the typical emotions that are most dominant in teenager's life," said Handa at the event.
The book is now available online on portals such as Flipkart and Amazon and was exhibited at the recently-concluded World Book Fair.
