Colombia international midfielder Juan Quintero is set to join Brazilian football club Internacional on a season-long contract.
Quintero has fallen out of favour at French outfit Rennes, having made just 14 appearances since joining the Ligue 1 side on loan from Porto in August, reports Xinhua.
The deal was struck on Thursday after talks involving the 23-year-old's representatives and officials from both Porto and Rennes. Quintero joined Porto from Italy's Pescara Calcio for 4.5 million euros in 2013.
He has been capped 12 times for Colombia and was part of Jose Pekerman's squad that reached the quarterfinals of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
