The Congress on Saturday appointed four central observers for the forthcoming Nagaland assembly polls, including Nabam Tuki and Gaurav Gogoi.
A party release said that Tuki, a former Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, will be the chief observer.
Other observers are Gogoi, MP, former Assam Minister Pradyut Bordoloi and former AICC secretary Praveen Davar.
The names were approved by Congress President Rahul Gandhi.
