Czech striker Matej Vydra will not play with the national football team against Armenia and Italy in the World Cup qualifiers because of a muscle injury, team coach Michal Bilek said.
Midfielder Tomas Huebschman will also not play the qualifiers due to an eye problem, reports Xinhua.
Vydra, 21, plays the Premier League with West Bromwich. Bilek said Friday that he does not plan to invite any substitute for Vydra. The Czech roster now includes four strikers -- David Lafata, Vaclav Kadlec, Libor Kozak and Michael Rabusic.
Another midfielder Vladimir Darida is not allowed to play against Armenia for the yellow cards he received.
Czech Republic will play Armenia here Sep 6 and Italy in Turin Sep 10.
