Danny O'Donoghue, the lead singer of The Script band, has revealed that he doesn't own a car.

In an interview with The Sun newspaper, the singer, who along with his bandmates has given hits like "Hall of fame" and "Superheroes", said he is not one to be swept up in fame, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"We don't live in big houses or mansions, I don't even own a car and we're not ones for red carpets," said O'Donoghue.

"While other people are doing that, we're where we belong, in the studio," he added.
