Delhi Police managed to nab a robber who entered a jewellery shop here when the shopowner's wife raised an alarm, police said Sunday.
Annu, 28, shouted and informed neighbours after three robbers who Sunday entered the shop located on the ground floor of her house in the Bindapur area of south Delhi.
"The neighbours and a Delhi Police beat constable managed to nab one robber while the other two fled with Rs.30,000 in cash," said a police officer.
The arrested robber has been identified as Arvind Kumar, 28, resident of Uttam Nagar.
Police said his aides have been identified and a hunt has been launched to nab them.
Police also said they would reward the woman and her two neighbours for their effort in nabbing the robber.
