East Africa bloc condemns renewed fighting in South Sudan

East Africa's bloc has condemned in the strongest terms the ongoing fighting between two warring parties in South Sudan.

The fight has started in Renk County and in Malakal town in Upper Nile State .

It comes after the signing of the Implementation Matrix of the Cessation of Hostilities (COH) Agreement Aug 25, 2014, Xinhua quoted the regional bloc, the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) as saying in a statement Saturday.
