British singer Ed Sheeran has admitted that he once "sharted" on stage and had to throw his trousers away afterwards.
The 24-year-year-old made the startling admission on an Australian radio show "Smallzy's Surgery" that he once lost control of his bowels during a performance, leading to an embarrassing situation, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"I actually once misjudged a fart on stage, which ended up being a shart. It was, like, midway through a performance and I was really lively, and then halfway through I was like, 'All right I'm just going to stand for the rest of the performance, and hope it's over soon and then go home and throw these trousers out,'" Sheeran said.
The "Thinking out loud" hitmaker also revealed that he farts on stage "all the time".
