Actor Kabir Duhan Singh, known for playing antagonist in films such as "Jil" and "Vedalam", says he thoroughly enjoyed playing a boxer in upcoming Telugu action-comedy "Tuntari".
He said it was his dream role.
"I'm a huge fan of Mike Tyson and always wanted to play a boxer. This role has come at the right time. It's my dream role and I totally enjoyed playing it," Kabir told IANS.
The remake of Tamil film "Maan Karate" is directed by Kumar Nagendra and it also stars Nara Rohit and debutante Latha Hegde.
Kabir underwent a crash course in boxing.
"I trained with some professionals for nearly a week just to get the basics right. Unlike a regular villain's role, this one has got to do a lot with fighting like professionals in a ring," he said.
