Ex Olympic champ Boitano admits he is gay
The 1988 Olympic figure skating champion Brian Boitano Thursday admitted that he was homosexual, Xinhua reported.
Boitano said in a statement that "being gay is just one part of who I am".
He has been named to the US delegation for Sochi along with openly gay athletes Billie Jean King and Caitlin Cahow.
