The family members of Jamaat-e-Islami leader and war criminal Abdul Qader Mollah, who is facing the gallows, arrived Thursday in the Dhaka Central Jail to meet him.
A group of 10 people in a white microbus arrived in the jail at 6.15 p.m Thursday, bdnews24.com reported.
The group included Mollah's elder son Hasan Jamil, two children, five women, and a youth, who could not be immediately identified.
Jamil said they have sent an application signed by his mother seeking permission to meet Mollah in the jail.
Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court's Appellate Division rejected Mollah's plea to review the death penalty.
