Four arrested in fake currency racket
Four people, including two engineering students, were arrested on Thursday for allegedly printing fake Rs 2,000 currency notes.
The police seized Rs 36 lakh in the recently introduced denomination, a colour printer and four mobile phones.
The two students, from the Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology in Himayatsagar, allegedly tried to circulate two fake notes in the college canteen.
