Supermodel Gisele Bundchen works out to make her feel "alive" and says she enjoys exercising.

The 33-year-old, who found global fame in 1998 while modelling for Alexander McQueen's spring collection, always makes time in her busy schedule to exercise.

"The body is a temple. I enjoy moving. I don't play much volleyball anymore, but I ride horses, surf and play beach tennis," contactmusic.com quoted Bundchen as saying.

"I play wherever I am. Kung fu, boxing, yoga, pilates...It makes me feel alive. If I don't move my body, I don't feel good," she added.

Bundchen has two children, Benjamin and Vivian, with her husband Tom Brady.
