A senior officer in the ministry of defence has been booked for molesting a minor girl, living in his neighbourhood, police said Wednesday.
The girl, 14, lodged a complaint against the officer, 50, that he molested her inside their west Delhi apartment complex March 17 during the Holi festival.
She somehow managed to run away and informed her parents who informed the police.
The girl has recorded her statement before a magistrate.
