Grand Alliance on course to victory in Bihar

The Grand Alliance was ahead in the fiercely fought Bihar assembly election, with the BJP coming a distant second, showed the trends that came in from all the 243 constituencies on Sunday.

The trends from all 39 counting centres showed the JD-U led Grand Alliance was way ahead in 155 seats, while the BJP-led grouping was ahead in 77. Others were on way to victory in 11 constituencies.
