Gremio have agreed on a deal to sell footballer Rhodolfo to Besiktas, the Brazilian club said.
The 28-year-old central defender will join the Turkish outfit for the beginning of the new season next month following weeks of negotiations, Xinhua news agency quoted ESPN Brasil as saying.
No financial details were given of the deal.
"Rhodolfo has signed a definitive agreement and we are happy with the outcome," Gremio president Romildo Bolzan said on Wednesday.
"Gremio will receive the cash almost totally as a one-off payment. We thank Rhodolfo for everything he has done and wish him luck."
Rhodolfo was appointed captain of Gremio earlier this year and made 63 appearances for the Porto Alegre club after his 2013 arrival from Sao Paulo.
