Gunmen kill four in Mexico

Morelia (Mexico), Oct 15 (IANS/EFE) At least four men were killed by gunmen near a university campus in Tangancicuaro, a city in the Mexican state of Michoacan, officials said.

The shooting occurred Monday near the School of Medicine at the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo in Tangancicuaro, Michoacan Attorney General's Office spokesmen told EFE.

The four victims were kidnapped by suspected drug traffickers and then murdered, the spokesmen said.

The unidentified men were forced to lie on the ground and were then shot.
