Sri Lankan Minister for Economic Development Basil Rajapaksa, Minister of Transport Kumara Welgama, Minister for Industries and Commerce Rishad Bathiudeen, and High Commissioner of India Ashok K. Kantha Chairman and IRCON's managing director Mohan Tiwari were present at the inaugural ceremony.
