Actor John Stamos says his sister Alaina is desperate that he settles down and has children, but he is clear that it won't happen until the time is right.
"I don't get advice, I get a stern, 'It's time for you to have kids, go impregnate somebody... but make sure it's a nice girl,'" Stamos told people.com.
"I don't know what the other side is. I've never had (kids). When the time is right, it'll happen. This year has been about clearing my head, being healthy and getting my career on track. I think everything will fall into place as long as I'm good, solid and spiritual," he added.
The 52-year-old actor also credits spirituality for keeping him "consistent".
"I meditate and I pray every day. I studied transcendental meditation when I joined the Beach Boys and it's helped a lot since the work schedule has been so hectic. I'm always in such a turbulent up and down. So you are looking for consistency," he said.
