*Rs.6,948.64 crore ($1.15 billion) reimbursed to BSNL for licence fee and spectrum

*Rs.27,949.91 crore ($4.65 billion) remains unutilised

*Rs.20,000 crore ($3.3 billion) now earmarked for national fibre optic project

*Rs.3,046 crore ($507 million) to be used to install 2,199 mobile towers in nine Left-wing extremism-affected states.
