Khulbe appointed secretary to Modi

The Appointments Committee of Cabinet has approved appointment of Bhaskar Khulbe, a 1983 batch officer of West Bengal cadre, as secretary to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, an official release said on Monday.

Khulbe had been working as additional secretary in Prime Minister's Office. His appointment has come into effect from July 29, the release said.
