Singer Lady Gaga had her first run-in with the police just two weeks after obtaining her driver's license.
The "Poker Face" hitmaker was pulled over by a police officer during the weekend while she was driving her red Ford F-150 SVT Lightning truck on the Pacific Coast Highway in California, reports aceshowbiz.com.
On Sunday, Gaga clarified reports surrounding her police run-in on Twitter.
"Ya, I got pulled over. Big deal! I just haven't received plates yet for my new pick up," the "Til it happens to you" hitmaker tweeted.
According to the California Department of Motor Vehicles, drivers receive temporary permits when they buy new or used vehicles until they get their physical license plates. Drivers are usually allowed to go free without incident as long as they show their permit. It is unknown whether Gaga was fined or charged.
On July 1, Gaga proudly revealed on Instagram that she us finally a licensed driver at the age of 30.
