Basketball player Lamar Odom reached a plea agreement in his DUI case - he has got three years of probation and he has also agreed to attend a three-month alcohol education program.
An attorney Lamar, estranged husband of Khloe Kardashian, appeared in Superior Court in Van Nuys, California, on Monday to enter a no-contest plea on Odom's behalf, according to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.
Odom, 34, who wasn't required to be in court, will also pay $1,800 in fines and penalties, reports eonline.com.
The California Highway Patrol pulled over Odom last August on the freeway in the San Fernando Valley when he was allegedly driving below the speed limit in a "serpentine manner".
He showed "objective signs of intoxication," the CHP said but refused to take a chemical test at the jail.
