A 46-year-old man, caught on CCTV while sexually abusing a four-year-old girl has been arrested here, police said on Thursday.
The man was caught while committing the crime at his house in Jahanuma under Shah Ali Banda police station limits in the old city.
Police have booked Akram Khan under Nirbhaya Act and Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
The accused was not aware of the CCTV camera which was installed in the house by his wife, who was suspecting his character. To her utter shock, he was found sexually abusing the minor daughter of his neighbour.
A man, who was called to assist in taking the backup of the CCTV camera, informed police.
