In a freak incident, a man was electrocuted after coming in contact with a high-tension wire as he climbed upon a truck to sleep late Friday, police said.
The victim was identified as Prakash Singh, a resident of Madhya Pradesh, working as a driver's helper in a local transport company here.
The incident occurred at around midnight Friday when Singh, 30, climbed atop truck which was parked below a high-tension power line.

He was taken to the hospital where doctors declared him dead, said Vijay Nagar SO Har Dayal.
The body has been sent for post-mortem examination and the victim's family has been informed, he added.
