Melanie Griffith shops with daughter

Actress Melanie Griffith, who filed for divorce from Antonio Banderas in June after 18 years of marriage, is busy spending Christmas holidays with their only child.

The 57-year-old actress stepped out Tuesday in Aspen with their 18-year-old daughter, Stella, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

They were photographed as they embarked upon a little mother-daughter Christmas shopping, enjoying a low-key outing together.

The mother of three -- who is also a parent to Dakota Johnson, her daughter from her first marriage to Don Johnson, and Alexander Bauer, her son from her second marriage to Steven Bauer -- sported a long black coat, cat-eye shades and black boots, flashing a subtle smile for the paparazzi.

Meanwhile, Stella was also dressed casual in a puffy black jacket, jeans and tennis shoes.

Their outing came just one day after Banderas was spotted out with his new girlfriend Nicole Kimpel, a Dutch investment consultant who is some 20 years younger than the "Puss in Boots" star. The two were photographed on a jog together in Marbella, Spain.
