Mexico's Under-23 football team will debut against France, host team of the Toulon Tournament, which will be a warm-up towards Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games.
According to Mexican sports daily La Aficion, Mexico will face France on May 18 at Leo-Lagrange Stadium at the tournament, which will be held from May 18 to 29, reports Xinhua.
The Mexican team, led by coach Raul Gutierrez, is the reigning Olympic champion after it won the gold medal in London 2012.
Mexico and France share the group with the Czech Republic, Mali and Bulgaria.
As in 2012, Mexico aims to win the champion at Toulon Tournament.
