Minor fire breaks out at CBI headquarters

A minor fire broke out at the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) headquarters here on Saturday, an official said.

A call about the fire was received at around 10.55 a.m. Seven fire tenders were rushed to the spot, an official of the Delhi Fire Services said.

"It was a minor fire that broke out in a air conditioner installed on the fifth floor of CBI headquarters at CGO complex," the official added.

The official said a short circuit could be the cause of the fire, adding that no one was injured.
