Actress Mischa Barton has told a Los Angeles court that she is scared of her former boyfriend Adam Spaw.
Barton, 31, also claims that he possesses "doctored" sex tapes of her, as she successfully sought for a temporary restraining order extension on Friday, reports nydailynews.com.
Barton told Judge James Blancarte that Spaw violated a temporary restraining order the court issued against him two months ago when he popped up at the home of a friend she was staying with.
She said he tried to get into her vehicle, and has been calling and texting her against the court order.
"I definitely feel he's been stalking me," Barton said in the papers, adding that Spaw "doesn't seem to understand the TRO".
"I look over my shoulder all the time when I'm walking. He's intimidating. He's 6 feet 4 inches. I would be terrified to see him," she added.
