Delhi was enveloped by fog Wednesday morning, with the minimum temperature recorded two notches below season's average at 12.9 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has forecast light rain in some parts of the city.
"It will be partly cloudy during the day and very light rain could occur in some parts of the city," said an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 26 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 96 percent.
Tuesday's maximum temperature settled five notches below season's average at 25.4 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature was recorded three notches below average at 12.3 degrees Celsius.
