A 30-year-old Tihar Jail inmate, who was serving a life term for murder, was found dead in his cell, said a prison official Saturday.
The body of Nadeem, jailed for a murder in east Delhi's Seemapuri area, was found when his cell's door was opened Friday morning, the official said.
"The reason behind his death is yet to be ascertained. The jail authorities informed police and a magistrate about his death. A judicial probe would be conducted into the incident," said a Tihar jail official.
