Smart device manufacturer MOD1 on Monday launched a wearable device with location tracker for child safety at Rs 6,600.
The device named "MOD1 Genie" is inbuilt with several options like GPS tracking, SOS call in case of any emergency, "Do Not Disturb" mode and environment monitoring which will notify if the child surpasses the distance set by their parents.
"This device has been designed with several safety measures to meet emergency and SOS requirements that kids can operate with full functionality and can't be switched off," said Gaurav Chauhan, founder, MOD1.IN in a statement.
With the mobile app, parents can set phone numbers on which the child can make or receive calls while ensuring connecting together.
The water resistant device is available in Blue, Pink and Green colours.
