North Koea has accused the US of attempting to overthrow its social system by politicizing the human rights issue, saying there will be no human right dialogue with Washington.
By making an anti-Pyongyang human rights "racket," Washington intends to "cause internal instability" and "seek regime change" in the DPRK through color revolution and peaceful evolution, Xinhua quoted North Korea's foreign ministry spokesman as saying in response to a question raised by the official news agency KCNA.
US Secretary of State John Kerry and Special Envoy for Six-party Talks Sydney Seiler have made remarks to tarnish North Korea, in a move to isolate and stifle the country using human rights as a tool, said the spokesman.
Unlike its predecessors, the incumbent US administration, in particular the Secretary of State, is openly pursuing a policy aiming to overturn the DPRK state and social system, which reneges on the joint statement of the 4th round six-party talks in Beijing on Sept. 19, 2005, he stressed.
