Envoys of four countries, including North Korea, presented their credentials to President Pranab Mukherjee at a ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan Tuesday.
The envoys are Pak Kyong Son (North Korea), Ernest Rwamucyo, high commissioner of Rwanda, ambassador Aapo Polho (Finland), and ambassador Malam Sambu (Guinea-Bissau), an official statement said.
