Over half of Haryana votes

More than half of Haryana's voters had cast their ballot by Wednesday afternoon in the assembly elections in the state, election officials said.

The officials said that 56 percent of the state's 1.63 crore electorate had voted by 3.30 p.m..

Kurukshetra, Fatehabad, Sirsa and Yamunanagar districts led with 61 to 68 percent of the votes being polled there.
