Valencia forward Paco Alcacer said on Thursday that he is confident one day he will lead the football club to win a trophy.
In an interview with the club's official magazine, Alcacer said that a few years ago he could not imagine playing for Valencia and now he is captain, while he believes that one day he will win a title with his group, reports Efe.
The international Spaniard is optimistic and stressed the need for patience if the club wants to achieve its objectives.
Alcacer also spoke of his memories as a fan when he was 10 years old and Valencia won La Liga and the UEFA Cup under Rafael Benitez.
When asked about his best moments, he remembered his goal against Barcelona which reminded him that all the efforts he has exerted were worth it, while he wants to score the goal that secures a title for his club.
