State-run chopper operator Pawan Hans on Monday reported a net profit of Rs.38.81 crore for 2014-15 and declared a dividend of Rs.7.76 crore.
According to the company, its total revenue during the period under review stood at Rs.538.15 crore.
The financial disclosure was made during the company's 30th annual general meeting (AGM) held here on December 18.
The company elaborated that it will expand its operations in the areas of seaplane services, small fixed wing operations and setting up of heliports in the country to promote regional connectivity.
Presently the company operates its helicopter fleet in various parts of the country for operations of ONGC, GAIL, GSPC, NTPC, Oil India, MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs), BSF and various state governments.
