Pawan Kalyan-starrer, much delayed Telugu actioner "Gabbar Singh 2" will finally go on floors on Friday. The actor-turned-politician will be seen sporting long hair and thick beard for some crucial scenes in the film.
"For a few important scenes in the film, Pawan had grown his beard and hair. The team will first shoot these scenes and once it's completed, he will get rid of the look. He will also be sporting a clean-shaven look for the rest of the film," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
There were rumours that Kalyan had grown his hair and beard for a project with A.R Murugadoss.
But the source said: "He's not doing any other film as of now. He won't sign any other project until he completes 'Gabbar Singh 2'."
The first of "Gabbar Singh 2" will be shot near a place in Pune, where art director Anand Sai has erected a village set.
To be directed by K.S. Ravindra, the film will feature Anisha Ambrose as the female lead.
