A 55-year-old private tutor was murdered and his home ransacked here, police said Monday.
The body of Satish Kumar was spotted by his wife inside the house located in Sarai Rohilla area of north Delhi Monday morning after she returned from a relative's place.
The hands and legs of Satish were tied to a chair lying on the floor. He also had injury marks on his face.
Police said the house was ransacked and a few valuables were missing.
