A 30-year-old man jumped to his death from a police station building here, an official said Monday.
The incident occurred late Sunday when Rajkumar alias Raju went to the Uttam Nagar police station in west Delhi to lodge a complaint about a fight.
"Raju was depressed over police inaction as they were not paying heed to his complaint," a relative of Raju told IANS.
Meanwhile, Raju's mother Shanti Devi said he was murdered by some people with whom he had a fight few days ago.
"We had registered a complaint and a probe was on. On Sunday night, he (Raju) had come under the influence of alcohol to know the status of his case," Additional Commissioner of Police Ranvir Singh told IANS.
Police said that after knowing about the status, Raju somehow went upstairs and jumped from the building.
