Salvatore Sirigu has signed a contract extension with French football club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
The 27-year-old Sirigu, who joined PSG three years ago from Italian Serie A side Palermo, was Wednesday given a three-year contract extension, which will keep him at the club until 2018, reports Xinhua.
"We are very proud to extend Salvatore's contract. He is an outstanding goalkeeper and a remarkable man," said PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
"I want to continue this incredible adventure with PSG," said Sirigu, who's widely accepted as one of the best goalkeepers in Ligue 1.
"I know we're only at the beginning of something special, but we'll win a lot of titles together."
